This winter, couples are invited to celebrate their love with the Prince William County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office at its 3^rd annual Seal the Deal civil ceremony event. Circuit Court Clerk Jacqueline Smith will offer a courthouse‑style wedding experience at Madigan’s Waterfront Restaurant in Occoquan, Virginia, on Friday, November 20, 2026.

During Seal the Deal, couples can walk the aisle, exchange vows and enjoy photo opportunities throughout the venue. The event is held in partnership with the Town of Occoquan, Madigan’s Waterfront and local businesses, creating an elegant setting with scenic views along the river.

The Town is expected to become a winter wonderland with twinkling lights, decorated storefronts, and the warm glow of holiday décor. After their ceremonies, couples can capture the magic of their first moments as newlyweds and explore Occoquan’s charming parks, boutiques, artisan shops and restaurants. Each offers a romantic experience for couples to commemorate the day and cherish new memories together.
