Mobile Food Vendors
ZONING APPROVAL MAY BE REQUIRED FOR MOBILE FOOD VENDORS
Zoning approval may be required for mobile food vendors, if:
- Administrative business operations are run from a home office and the trailer will conduct its cooking and sales off-site, a Home Occupation Certificate is required; and/or
- Business operations are run from a commercial kitchen or restaurant, a Zoning Approval for Occupancy may be required.
Food trucks are required to be mobile and are not permitted to be permanently parked for sales in any one location.
