Note: To be placed on the First Time Home Buyer Program eligibility list, all persons included on the loan application need to complete the following:

Home Ownership Seminar (HOS) IN-PERSON- Saturdays in Manassas, VA or Woodbridge, VA from 9:00 a.m.-3 p.m. with a 45 minute lunch break on your own.

Smart Money Management (SMM) - offered virtually the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 1p.m.-3p.m. and in-person the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7p.m. - 9 p.m. in Woodbridge, VA.
